Application Checklist

In order to complete the application process, please follow the checklist items listed below.

1) Schedule a school visit if possible, or inquire by email or phone.

2) Submit completed Online Application and a non-refundable application fee of $98. If this fee is a barrier to access, please email admissions@fisw.org to request a fee waiver. Please apply by February 3, 2025 to be considered in the first round of admissions for the 2025-26 school year.

3) Students in 1st-5th grade, upload a copy of your child's most recent report card/transcript. If not available at the time of application, please email to admissions@fisw.org. Applicants for preschool, Pre-K or K, please provide a school report if available.

4) Once your application is received, we will call you to schedule a family admissions visit.

Creating an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.

Then log into your account and Create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

If you are applying for preschool (Petits) or pre-kindergarten (Moyens), please select your preferred schedule option:

Preschool (Petits), fully potty-trained and 2.5-year-old by August 31 of the year your child will join the school:

Option 1: PS3M (Preschool 3 Mornings) meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am-noon

Option 2: PS5M (Preschool 5 Mornings) meets Monday-Friday from 8:30am-noon

Option 3: PS3D (Preschool 3 Days) meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am-3:15pm

Option 3: PS5D (Preschool 5 Days) meets Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:15pm

Pre-Kindergarten (Moyens), 4-years-old by December 31 of the year your child will join the school:

Option 1: PK5M (Pre-Kindergarten 5 Mornings) meets Monday-Friday from 8:15am-noon

Option 2: PK5D (Pre-Kindergarten 5 Days) meets Monday-Friday from 8:15am-3:05pm

Kindergarten through 5th grade follow a full-day schedule, approximately 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday.

After submitting the application, you will be able to view your submitted application by logging into your account.

Admissions Decisions

FISW will follow the PSIS common decision day. All families who apply bin the first round of admissions will be notified of an admissions decision on March 21, 2025. Applications received after this date will be processed on a rolling basis depending on availability, and an admissions decision will be sent within two weeks of your interview date.

Registration and Enrollment

After receiving acceptance notification, parents will receive a contract to return with a deposit. Online enrollment paperwork will follow.

Paper Applications

Should you prefer to apply using a paper application, you may do so. Please email admissions@fisw.org and ask for one to be sent to you.
